I have almost always been disappointed with "very hot" chips, regardless of brand. The packaging implies that they are hot, but in reality I find them closer to mild salsa... But I guess marketing a product to us crazy hot fans won't reach a large market. They still have to keep it at a reasonable heat level for the mass consumers.

Just picked these ones up. I place the heat just below Tabasco level. Finally a contender in the hot chips field.
