Ah just thinking of crumbling some super cheap packet ramen noodles into boiling water. Adding that packet of salty flavoring, then crunching some doritos on top.

How do you do Ramen?

Hate boiling water so I never eat Ramen, takes too long since I always watch it.

I have tons of it in my basement for the zombie apocalypse but never touch it.

You know you can just make ramen in the microwave, right? Takes 3-4 minutes.

I make all kinds of ramen. Creamy Chicken (add some cream cheese and chicken), teriyaki bowl (add teriyaki sauce and veggies), or even using uncooked ramen to make an Asian salad. I have probably made ramen a million different ways. I should probably start documenting it.

Yup. Microwave safe bowl, put in ramen and cover with water. Micro for 3-4 minutes, let sit for a bit and BAM. Ramen.

Also, @Tilly_D I must know, what kind of Doritos do you use? I've tried with cool ranch and haven't been disappointed. But I'm also the person who will make a sandwich and throw some Doritos on it 😬
I like real ramen...
Agreed! I do too. A good ramen restaurant or meal is (insert chef's kiss emoji 👌). But during times of lockdown and etc, you can get really creative with the cheap stuff.
I like the kind that stays in your stomach for 15 years.

@Maverick You can take yourself to the store, like Walmart or Menards and find the microwave ramen bowls.
Crunched up dry ramen is a thing as well.
We also make a little thing here on rare occasions called "Ramen Deluxe"

@Maverick now if you are looking to cut down on the kitchen appliances the Keurig works well for water for the noodles o the cup.

I have an unhealthy obsession with kitchen appliances.

Just sold off a hot dog toaster and pannani maker I never used on marketplace.
So you have no interest in my quesadilla maker?

If he doesn't, I do.

If you let the noodles soak in water for a while, like an hour, they triple in size and get soft. Then you can microwave it for a minute or two, drain any extra water then add the salty af season pack.
