For most of my adult life, I have not eaten breakfast. The occasional weekend grand feast, of course. A few weeks ago, at the behest of my caring family, I began adding FIBER in the form of of "complex carbs" morning ritual. Rolled oats, chia seed, fruit, and milk. Overnight, cold processed. My body has yet to become accustomed. There is nothing snacky about it. It's just, umm, powerful.

There's a couple lots here. One proudly announces "all cars under $3999" and the other lot has a banner "cash talks and bull**** walks". I kinda feel like I split my time between those two.

With that, my power breakfast typically consists of this stuff in one of those shakey blender bottle thingies. It's how I keep my girlish figure.

You know, it wouldn't be so hard to just drink these meal replacements if they didn't have like an entire section at the grocery store dedicated to cured meats, cheeses, olives, crunchy things and BOOZE. sigh.
