Pro Move if you are into home brewing...
Throw a 50/50 juice of Granny Smith and Fuji apples with Champagne yeast. Add some Cascade hops (really). Let nature do its thing, strain off and bottle. Let it sit for a week. Enjoy. Be warned, this stuff is really tasty and will come in at well over 10% ABV. My last run was nearly 14%! The Champagne yeast makes really tiny bubbles and is REALLY active.
