When I worked in New Mexico, the Silver City area. There was a place that made "cheese fries"
Medium well done fries with a sauce of cheese green chilies and a sauce similar to mushroom soup.
My work partner when I could get him to stop on the way to work would bring me an order for snacking on the 12 hours night shift. I paid and shared.
